Introduction

Welcome to our Training Tips page. The following provides you with a series of links to a range of different articles or videos on how to develop and improve your photography from taking an image to post-production hints and tips.

While these resources are free, they do provide very good information that can be of benefit to members, particularly those in the early to mid-stage of their development as a photographer. If you want to develop your photography knowledge and skills even further, then a formal training course or other paid resources are worth considering.

This is not a static page and as we identify resources that we think will benefit members we will post them and notify members of any updates. Notwithstanding some of these links go to sites that themselves will update and add new videos etc so a regular re-visit to this page and the links below is worthwhile.

Understand the Club does not endorse any particular software or training provider or resource. What you choose to read and watch and learn from is your choice: we are simply giving some options to start with.

Club Hints and Help

This is a new section for the Club. Over time we will develop videos that will hopefully assist members develop their knowledge of the Club and Club processes. If anyone thinks that a process would benefit from a video, please let someone on the Committee know and we will consider this idea. Note, these videos are developed by Club Members on a volunteer basis.
